Do you have your own guides? Tour includes visit inside the Great Pyramid?

We have our guides that cover many languages, normally we don’t include the visit inside the Great Pyramid in our tour package as we leave this option to your preference. We, however, include only the Pyramids Area fee. Since tickets to the Area are limited at [150 tickets only] and the same in the afternoon.

Cost of the Tourist Visa?

A tourist visa costs US $ 25 Per Person plus  US$ 5 for the Meet and Greet service which totals to US$ 30. Our Meet and Greet service is assistance provided with formalities.

What kind of meals/drinks are included in your package?

Our quotation always are based on bed and breakfast in all destinations except the Nile Cruises are on full board Basis, also, some Hotels/Resorts in Hurghda or Sharm El Sheikh are on Half Board basis while extras [like soft and alcoholic beverages etc..] excluded.

What is the camera fee and how much does it cost?

Video Cameras have to be declared and must be registered on the Passport upon arrival to Egypt. As for any commercial usage for the video there are fees paid in the sites, the normal digital camera are allowed.

Do you offer special rates for children? Up to what age?

Yes, less than 12 years old is 50% of adult price. Above that age is considered an adult.
Children do they have special rates on the Abella Sleeping Train, Plane or Bus?
Yes, there is a special rate for the children less than 12 years old on the sleeping train approximately 18% of the Adult price; as for infants they are free of charge. Infants are those less than 2 years of age; the train ticket includes 2 meals dinner and breakfast.

13-Normally, we reserve the tickets on the first class but there is no special price for the children and there is no meal included in the price.
The flight tickets are subject to change or review according to EgyptAir fares during different seasons, children less than 12 years old the fare is 67 % of the adult fare plus taxes. For buses there is no special price for children .

Can you include a bus tour to Abu-Simbel from Aswan? What about visiting Abu Simbel by air?

Yes, we can include a trip to Abu-Simbel by bus, it takes 03 hours driving per way. The cost per person is US $ 60 for adults, children tickets are US$ 35 and the price includes the round trip & the entrance and guiding fees for both temples. If you prefer visiting by Air the round-trip air ticket costs US$ 170 & the rate includes the entrance and guiding fees for both temples, as well as the transfers to & from the airport.

What are your payment options and policies?

We accept full payment through bank transfer or a minimum of 75% of the total amount. The rest will be collected upon arrival to Egypt in Cash or through credit card, should you prefer settlement by credit card, kindly note that there would be an additional 3% bank fee added on the requested amount. On-line payments through credit card at not available at the moment.

How big is your group? Is there a minimum number of travelers to start the tour?

Our offers include both individuals or groups tours. For individuals we arrange private programs [Car & Guide].

Can you provide a list of recommended hotels? Do they have a website?

We have contacts is each and every hotel & Nile cruise according to our guests budget and preference. Most hotels have web sites especially big chains like Hilton, Sheraton, Movenpick, Accor etc…Three star hotels are not so Luxurious as in Europe or America.

What about gratuity?

Concerning this point we’d like to clarify it is a common trend in Egypt and it is to be paid to those who have served you during your trip such as the porters at the airport, bus/train station, port or in hotels, Nile cruises, drivers etc… A fair tip would range between US$5 to US$ 20 depending on the service provided. In restaurants a tip is usually 10% of your check,

Is it obligatory?

The subject is up to your appreciation and there is no problem if you don’t tip,.
